Due to the nature of online shopping, it is a frequent phenomenon that the end recipient’s expectations are not met by the product of his choice due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.

Botanical all Natural, by supporting E-Commerce, gives you the possibility, through the completeness of the descriptions posted on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen.

To protect our customers while shopping from our online store, we offer the possibility of returning products. Below we list the terms and methods of returning the products.

In case you wish to return the product you have purchased, you have the possibility to do so in 3 ways within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

  • By delivering the product(s) in the original condition and packaging to the Botanical all Natural office in Nicosia presenting the proof of purchase.
  • By sending the product(s) at your expense in its original condition and packaging – enclosing the proof of purchase.
  • In case you want us to pick up the product for return from your preferred location (within a reasonable distance), then the fee is 8 Euros from Cyprus and 15 Euros from Greece.

Return process.

  • Pack the product in a larger box or in the same box that we received so that it is protected during shipping.
  • Place inside the package a document in which you list the way in which you wish us to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is deemed eligible for return.
  • Send the parcel through any AKIS EXPRESS and General Post agency for Cyprus or any courier agency you wish in Greece.

Please note that the shipping costs relating to the ‘return process’ are the responsibility of the customer.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
